Kingsman sent me a few extra containers of The Holy Grail butter over a year ago, because the consistency was off. So they went out of their way to replace it, and I still have 2 whole unopened containers of Holy Grail butter! And they smell just as good as the day I got them!

Hi Dan hi Sam. I love me some Kingsmen Premium. Just got in Kings Court combo yesterday. I gave Battle Sky SOTM and Holy Grail. I love the feel in beard of Kingsmen oils. Leaves my beard soft and light feeling. Definitely will be owning the whole main line in oil butter combo n thinking about joint SOTM I just love my combos 😀

I love oud scents but the holy grail was one I couldn't stand at all and tried to give it away but never did find anyone that liked the smell and I know my wife didn't like it either or my mom and brothers wife lol

Interesting! That’s a rare take. Most in the comments have loved it. It can see it be is hate or love type thing though. This is the most pure oud scent out there though. Others work with it and blend it nicely to make their own scents with oud

@@DanCBearded yeah that's what helped me make that purchase was from all the great reviews about it but it just wasn't for me and it was the first oud scent I smelt and I'm glad it didn't ruin it for me on trying other scents with oud in it like it might some people but I was still determined

And I live a hour away from scuba and knew he liked it and tried contacting him. To see if he might of wanted it and the butter bc I hate to waste things or throw things away but I was unsuccessful in my attempts on contacting him

Hey Dan, I'm hoping you can help. Could you revisit this brand and order in a bottle of Kingsmen Premium's Holy Grail? I have a suspicion that it has been reformulated. The bottle I have recently purchased has a very faint scent (no Oud or church-like scent at all when compared to batches 2 years ago). I'm not sure if this is down to the change in ownership but I feel there is some type of huge cost cutting initiative at this company and it is majorly affecting the quality of the products. I would love if you or someone would blow the lid on this as I find it would make for a fascinating video. I can assure you that many people are currently getting ripped off by this company with this reformulation and noone is yet talking about it. Hoping that you may be able to bring this to light

Hey Michael. I guess there was an issue with fragrance for a few batches, but I believe they have it figured out now. Reach out them, they have great customer service

To my complete surprise, these guys got back to me within a few hours (with Stephen's day of all days) so really impressive stuff. Getting a replacement which is fantastic news and really hope to be reminded of the great scent that is the Holy Grail. Hopefully I have jumped the gun on my initial comment. Thanks again for the feedback

In the beginning of my beard journey I ordered the Holy Grail from Kingsman Beard. I liked it so much I joined the regular subscription for the Holy Grail oil only, the price came down considerably and a bottle of oil would come every 3 months. To this day I keep it in my rotation, it really is that good!

You guys are both right on the perfumes! Pulse points as the heat helps to disperse the scent AND a few sprays on the cloths as scents last longer on fabrics when compared to the skin! Big fan of the beard oils and your channel Dan..I've also started to move into the perfume/scents game! Smelling good adds a whole new dimension to a person's impression 🙌

Maroon has the hexadecimal code of #800000. Burgundy has the hexadecimal code of #800020. Maroon being brown added to red - more brownish red Burgundy being purple added to red - more of a reddish brown fairly close indeed

Actually sams right cause u don't want the alcohol on ur skin n it also now last longer on clothes. Colognes aren't always as strong as they used to be

That is actually not true. Cologne does last longer on skin than clothes, and there are not concerns with alcohol on your skin in those locations. It is personal preference, and there is nothing wrong with putting cologne on clothes, but is designed and indented for skin. I am actually taking some classes on colognes right now, to learn more about scent profiles and creations. You could do a quick google search too and find the answer: "are colognes for skin or clothes". Not that google searches are the best, but just to give you a quick idea
