Hey buddy, next door neighbour from Winterpeg here and just wanted to say that these videos are inspiring and motivational man but don't burn yourself out! Set a schedule a week in advance for filming, this way you're always a week ontop and you can just spend your weekends or off days editing, etc. Don't need to do daily vlogs to keep us happy but defs keep this kind of content coming, we love to see your creative energy and passions come to life man, looking good so far too! We're on somewhat the same path of modification plans, but only on different paths. You're into Van Life while I plan to try to do Overlanding. I suggest to go for Jackery if price is not an issue

You can also adhere laminate to the cabinet doors. It'll be a better surface to go behind those trimmed screws. The wrap may appear sort of wrinkled over where you sand them.

Get a shop table saw. They are smaller more mobile. If your not doing lots of cutting. It is a good choice. They are pretty cheap to.
