God bless you. I also came to Christ as an adult 39 years ago. At first I was kind of low and wished I’d been raised in a Christian home and was so ashamed of my previous life. I gradually began to appreciate the timing of my conversion. When you come to Christ as an adult you have sure knowledge of what you would be without him and can see the lines more distinctly. It’s like the scripture telling the parable of the difference in gratitude between the one who was forgiven the great debt and the one forgiven little.

This was my daddy’s favorite song. He tried to sing it every day. Lord knows he couldn’t carry a tune in a bucket. But my son sang it to him while he was passing. It is Christmas Eve and I’ve never heard such a beautiful rendition. My father passed in 2016 and it was one of his favorites. This was my mom's and my gram's favorite hymn. It was played at both of their funerals. I taught this to my 3 grandchildren when they were little. Whenever I hear this I get very emotional. These gentlemen are truly amazing. I also hear them sing Ava Maria...Beautiful. This is also one of my favorites.
