Yes, in benchmark tests it reaches 1000 MB read/900 MB write, but in 'real world test' (transfering a large (>10GB) file from an SSD to the USB stick) it reaches 600 MB write, and only for a few minutes. When it gets hot, the transfer speed drops even further to ca. 100 MB. This is a common problem with all these types of large and fast USB sticks.
