Hi Shep, nice run, I did this one last year. Best Park run in Gloucestershire is Mallards Pike, a very scenic single lap course.

Oh no way! Congrats on completing your first ever parkrun 😄 Will be hooked now for the rest of your life 😂. That was actually the first outing of my top so I’m glad it was noticeable! Yeah I do the parkrun vids every Friday, and 2 weeks after I ran the event. Gives me time to edit and upload it 😄. Hope you managed to see yourself and enjoyed!

Haha it genuinely is just luck usually 😆 Just by chance I was in Gloucester the same weekend! A couple of them I have had people in the comments say “it’s “” birthday why don’t you come visit”, so that helps too 😂 Thanks! Feeling old now, slowly getting more injuries and aches 😂 Hope you’re doing well!
