One i found decrewed tiger with scope in some mod and it all stacked and tiger could see half of the map from the center >_> on open field medium map (also had commander panther so his sight also was improved as such

@@danzloblaha dear god, lol. I've always wondered what the limits to buff stacks are, I want to see a stug with max vet, all the reload bulletins, a sup station and 4 field officers @ vet 3 all using their buffs at the same time.

But it isn’t overpowered. The projectiles miss quite often when it clips the map terrain, it’s one of the slowest heavy tanks and self-spotting comes with a limited turret rotation of 45 degrees in either direction. Ostwind can gain frontal suppression through a bulletin, and Allied tanks all have great utility like smoke, phosphorous, significantly lower prices and self repair.

@@samwu1836 i think it's only OP with the Elite Armored Doctrine. That commander upgrade combined with Spearhead is absolutely insane, including the arty ability the commander gives letting you obliterate AT weapons. Edit: Without the extra vision, it's very easy to ambush it with some T-34 rams and Jackson/Su-85/Firefly attacks. It dies incredibly fast if you focus it down. With the extra vision you can see that approaching and get ready for it and move up your own AT before they see you. It makes a huge difference.

True, but that’s essentially in a context of a commander with nothing but buffs explicitly with the intention of improving armour. There’s no infantry buff or utilities. In that context I would still find it hard to label it OP, especially after mines, snares and a more balanced infantry composition are taken into account. I personally think that if a player specifically chooses Grand Offensive or Elite Armour, and managed to save for a KT, they are entitled to a one which has Pz Commander. They already removed the Commander on the Tiger 1. Killing KT is a skill which Allied players need to learn, just as OKW players have always been forced to deal with Allied swarms and Raketenwerfers failing to penetrate all the Allied heavy tanks consistently.

Its beacuse there is no other way for ability like this to work without having to switch to different weapon once activated. So activating the spearhead will simply swith to copy of the main gun that can only turn 45 degrees to the right and to the left. So its not really an hidde ability, but simply lack of the game's engine to actual support it working without flaws. :D
