Yes but you'd need to live a hit at low hp and Sceptile is pretty frail

@@Wormsworth42069why? They have stuff like regulation h, which only normal pokemon can be used, no legendaries allowed or paradox, and there’s also another regulation which allows all pokemon allowed including legendarys, it just depend on the regulation
