Kingwood High School Marching Band at the 2016 Galena Park ISD Marching Band Festival . The Band did a great job. Galena Park, Texas. The Fine Arts Department of Galena Park Independent School District includes the areas of art, dance, music, and theater. Also included are speech, debate & journalism, cheerleading, drill teams, fund-raising, district travel and booster organizations.

Love "A Festival Prelude" by Alfred Reed - played it in HS many times and myself w/my band for Graduation. Love "H.M. Jollies" by Kenneth Alford, as well. Nice trio sound to "Carrolton". This band gets a very 'concert-type sound". I like the big fat chords on the stinger! It will take a while for me to get used to Kingwood's 'black' uniforms - black plumes & shoes! This band plays well!
