Notes/Design concept 1. Definition of formal and informal spaces 2. Expansion, flexibility of conversions of spaces thru architectural elements 3. Use of Eps (expanded polystyrene) considering site climatic weather condition 4. Budget and quality oriented design, using prefab materials to lessen labor costs specially in a remote area. 5. Fixtures and architectural elements Coordination process, ceiling and lighting fixtures. Something like Frank lloyd wright design approach wherein each geometric forms or abstract are translated or can be seen into furniture or architectural wall finishes. Good job👍🇵🇭❤

I used to have similar metal roofing on a house of mine. Never again. The roof makes an amazing noise when it expands and contracts due to temperature change. The corrosion management needs very careful supervision or you will get leaks from rust holes after 10 or so years. When it rains - it's noisy when it hails its a f%$ken nightmare. The thermal inertia is simply terrible, always cold in winter and too hot in summer and I had many insulation layers installed. . Simply put nothing beats the properties of Ceramic tiles. Once they are on right - you can forget about them and concentrate on the other miseries of life. . I must say, I used metal siding on a house (similar to this one) and that was fine. Gave great architectural features and the performance was... okay

This is eye opening. I always thought they were the best roofing option.

You had many insulation layers installed? The house here has sandwich panels, so the insulation is integrated inside the panel.

Why the loud music and now added to virtually every promotional KZbin clip? I just don't understand why narration can no longer stand on its own.

send your young carpenters to germany, austria or switzerland and learn how to craft sustainable and physical functioning houses. stayed 5 month in nz in 2009 - great people, beautiful landscapes, but your homes are technically 30 years behind ours

Maybe the roof is a bit too cheap, but I don't understand why people don't like the interior! It looks nice and tight imo

Architect: I just stretch out this prefab tin hut... Done! Place it on a nice hill and ask a million bicks for it. Done! Now show it to my other architect friends! I should get an award for this.

There's a very similar product in Korea. When those things catch fire, they are deadly toxic while all the styrofoam burns. I'm also fairly sure they off gas pretty heavily. Not sure about this Kiwi product, but SoKo one is shit.

Nice sourundings, but house is very simple, nothing special. And honestly with that view there should be something more unique.

...don't agree, everything is complicated.... home should be simple.
@joeblack65364 жыл бұрын
@@ernie3nell I didn't express what I mean "more unique". I agree about clean lines, simplicity and Zen feeling. But I meant ab variety of materials you ca use these days on project. Bigger variety doesn't mean more complicated. Different but subtle finish can change a lot.

As a European, NZ architecture is far from inventive or creative . 9 out of 10 still use metal sheeting for a roof and almost no insulation. Even the shape of the house is nothing special.
