Feeling Broken | Healing The Inner Child | Tapping With Renee

I have done this tapping maybe a few times before, but have started using it everyday starting three days ago. The first day I went into a deep crying purge which was halted by a sharp voice inside saying I don't deserve to cry and that my crying was not sincere. The voice literally shut off the purge immediately. I recognized that terrorizing voice because it is a self hate ego loop that has been with me forever. This time however, I actually saw that it was the internalized voice of my mother which started during a really traumatizing episode as a child. I have been really letting my awareness meditate on that voice since then. Today when tapping suddenly I saw the entire connection of how my mother felt hated by her mom which caused her own self hate and how my mom inadvertently passed the cloaked viciousness down to me turning into an unconscious belief that my mom didn't love me. Which then turned to self hate. We will see how I am led to release from here. Much gratitude to you Renee🙏

Thank you for this beautiful sequence. The work of healing an unsupported, overwhelmed, parentified inner child is huge. At 59, I am just now realizing the depth of the parentifying that came from two parents raised by narcissistic mothers, I practically raised my younger siblings myself, and I grew up female in a high demand religion that glorifies self sacrifice, particularly that of women. My father’s death in 2020 devastated me and I only now realize how enmeshed I was with him. The work of healing from this feels so heavy and the anxiety is ramped up to intolerable levels. But this tapping sequence and others you have created help calm that overwhelmed and underloved little girl. Thank you ❤

By the time, I was halfway through the tapping I had tears pouring down my eyes, I don't know why but tears all over running down my face and my emotions flowing out, it felt like coming out of a cage, I was feeling so much stable and content and fulfilled, thanks a lot!! LOVE LOVE LOVE
