hairfall may be for hereditary reasons. look at the peace and serenity in his face and body language. that is real yoga..

My dear, yoga is first and foremost an inward journey. Being on the yogic path does not mean aging, disease, suffering, and hair loss will no longer occur. But if the practice is working, they will definitely become less of a reason of suffering. The question you might want to ask Sharath ji is "How do you nourish your hair?" 😇

I hope this is not Kino's Shala. I don't know what would possess someone to set up pictures of a sexual abuser like a shrine, but whoever it is clearly has no compassion / empathy for victims.

Why can’t you sit in a chair at the same level as he? And why are there garlanded reverential photos of abusers staring at us, in the background? This video continues the idealization of Pattabhi Jois, and guruism in general.
@ShivaMittalOne3 жыл бұрын
If I am not justifying, I am not judging either. I question myself-"What is the highest good that can be served?" Once that shift in perspective happens, I listen, see, and respond differently. I ask myself, "Might this be an opportunity to practice ahimsa and compassion? Might this be a chance to spread positivity in the world?" Everyone deserves these regardless of their thoughts and actions, the perpetrators as much as the victims. They are both suffering in their own way. I would also look at the whole person, not just their shadow side. We all have one. I know because I see myself in the mirror everyday. Think well. Do well. Be well. 💐🙏🏽
