What a beautiful concept, everybody needs to practice yoga. It will bring so much clarity and peace to our lives. Politicians, leaders, CEOs, and even criminals can be at a different place by practicing yoga. May be it should be introduced in our schools right from the kindergartner, and by the time the kids graduate, they have built a firm strong foundation and are equipped to handle the stress of life.
