A near perfect short Yin Yoga practice. Just found that my harmonious relaxation and deep calm introspection were disrupted with a couple sets of loud jarring ads … but maybe that’s part of my lesson today 🤪. Regardless, thank you for this short and sweet practice, Kino. 🙏🏼 💖
