I like the idea of those guards always being with you. Great idea! Getting under a loader is so very dangerous as you pointed out. I think the first thing I bought after getting my CK3510 was a set of guards that Mike at “Ask Tractor Mike” sells. They will not fit in the tube like yours. I always enjoy your videos.

Thank you. Yeah they just barely fit in the tube. Glad you enjoyed the video. Hope to have more coming soon. I agree? It is very dangerous to get under there. Everyone that has a loader should make or buy a set. Thanks for watching and commenting

Really smart and practical. Really like how you made that great storage area in the frame, and matched it to the Kioti colors. Nice job!!

Awesome American ingenuity! Absolute common sense and simple design. You should really look into getting a patent for it. Also love your chain, ratchet strap PVC holder. Appreciate and respect your focus on safety. That can never be emphasized too much. Love your videos.

Great video!! Good job look nice that's smart idea puttin them in tube. I have a Mahindra 1626 2021 I need to make some for it. Had a 2515 Branson it came from factory with them mounted to the loader. What's funny is the salesman didn't know what they was for I figured it out after some lookin around. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun

Thanks, I saw a video “Joe the Farmer” did and his Kioti came from the factory with built in loader stops. They were mounted to the loader arms with thumb screws. I think is was the RX series tractor. It would be nice if all loaders came from factory with them. But it doesn’t take much to make a set. Thanks for checking it out and take care.

I like the tube idea. Can you explain exactly how you put it together?
@backyardcountrylivin15142 жыл бұрын
Thank you and yes. I bought (2) 2" plumbers plugs from Lowe's. Then cut a piece of 2" PVC pipe to fit the full width of the loader tube, (minus the width of the plugs). I just plugged one side of the tube with one of the plumbers plugs. I used epoxy to glue the other plug on one end of the PVC pipe, which i split in half (hopefully you can see how i cut it out in the views from the video). By gluing the plug to the PVC, this allows you to pull the entire tube out when pulling the plug out. You wouldn't necessarily have to cut out the PVC, just depends if what you are putting inside the tube will fit without splitting it in half. As i stated in the video, i did have to take the plugs apart and add some flat washers in order to get them to squeeze the rubber gasket wide enough to press against the outer wall of the loader tube. Check out the first video i did on the CK3510 one year review, i also showed and talked about the tube and show some other things that i had stored in it. Hope this helps. I have had some other viewers ask about how i made it, so i may do a video about in in a week or two. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Really enjoyed your first video some time ago. I sure hope you can find the time to do a detailed video on how you fabricated the tube plug/tool holder. My KL4030 loader tube has an I.D. of 2-1/2", I looked for a plug thinking I would need one at that with an O.D. close to 2-1/2". Are you putting the smaller plug inside of the PVC pipe with a cut in the pipe to allow the smaller plug to expand for a secure fit? Been to busy do this project, but it's time to git her done! Best Regards.

Yes, I’m definitely planning on a video showing how I did it. I did have to make a few modifications to get it to work. May try to do the video this weekend. Thanks for checking it out and commenting.

Would you ever consider making and shipping a set?
@backyardcountrylivin1514 Жыл бұрын
Probably wouldn't be interested in that, but it is super easy to make a set or get them from a local metal shop. All you need is a piece of 1.5 inch angle iron that you can buy at Lowe's or Home Depot and cut two pieces 16 inches long. They could also do this for you at any metal or welding shop. I really appreciate your interest and watching the video and commenting.

Great video. Do you remember how long (inches) and what diameter the ram (cylinder piston) was? A friend is asking me to cut some u channel for his tractor.
@backyardcountrylivin1514 Жыл бұрын
When loader is raised to max height, the cylinder rods measure about 18-3/4 inches. Diameter of rods is 1-1/8 inches. I cut my stops about 16 inches, but I think anything up to about 18 inches would work. Loader on my tractor is the KL4030 model, not sure if the measurements are the same if the tractor has the KL4030C loader that comes on some of them. Thanks for checking out the video.
