Gracias por tu comentario. Este esmalte contiene feldespato y manganeso. Dado que es un esmalte que fluye, si lo diseña, puede crear un patrón aerodinámico genial.

That is such a gorgeous vase. I really enjoyed your clear Although. I'm not a potter. I love to watch. The metallic sheen in the glaze is beautiful. I will be watching more of your clips. :-)

wow the vase looks so beautiful!!!! I have a question about glazing, I'm thinking of making a donabe for my mom (she wants a ceramic cooking pot) and I wanted to know, in that case, what type of glaze should I use? thank you so much as always 🤗

Thank you for your comment. Please make a nice clay pot for your mother. The glaze is manganese glaze, so I don't think it's suitable for pots.

@@kiraku-pottery Thank you very much for answering😍 which one would you suggest me to use?

thank you for your reply. In Japan, pot clay is often fired at different temperatures. There are glazes specifically for pots, but they are adjusted to melt at low temperatures. Isn't the color your mother's favorite color good?

@@kiraku-pottery Sorry for asking so much, I'm just learning about glazes and it's a bit confusing sometimes 😅 What is my mother's favorite color? She likes vibrant colors like red, yellow, light greens, but I asked her what color she wanted her pot and she told me "the color doesn't matter, I just want you to make me one!"😂😂😂😂

Thank you for your comment. You are a wonderful mother! There is value in the things you make, so I'm sure your mother will be happy if you choose your favorite color. Please make a nice pot.

I'd wear gloves when using Manganese. It isn't absorbed through the skin but is toxic orally or inhaled. Gloves will help reduce the risk of getting it into you lunch or in dust that you might inhale. The standard US warning reads: "2. Hazard(s) identification Physical hazards Not classified. Health hazards Acute toxicity, oral Category 4 Acute toxicity, inhalation Category 4"

Thank you for your comment. is that so! It is important to use it carefully! Japan doesn't do much against manganese, but what is it like in the US? I would be happy if you could tell me. Also, if you have knowledge, I would like you to tell me the following. In addition to manganese, iron, cobalt, and copper are also commonly used metals in pottery. If you could also tell us the hazard numbers, it would be easier to understand because we can compare with other materials. I would appreciate it if you could consider it.
