Thank you for making this documentary. गोरखा हरु माथी धेरै भेदभाब र अन्याय भएको रहेछ सबै गोरखा हरुको छोरा छोरी 18 बर्ष भन्दा माथी को सबै, चाहे 45-50 किन नहोस सबैले बेलायतमा बसोबास पाउनु पर्छ, गोरखा परिवार भन्दा अरु देशका मान्छे बेलायतमा धेरै छन, तिनको कटौती गरेर गोरखा हरुको परिवारले पूर्णता पाउनु पर्दछ! जहाँ सम्म गोर्खाहरुको सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्ताको कुरा छ , गोर्खाहरु , खास गरी बाबा आमा उमेरका हरु नेपाल बस्न रुचाउँछन , वहहरु नेपाल बसोबास गर्दै अएता पनि बेलायतमा पाउँदै आएको भत्ता नेपालमा बसेर भए पनि पाउने उचित व्यवस्था होस भनेर सम्बंधित निकाय मा रहनु भएका धरके साब हरुको जोड़दार ध्यानाकर्षण गर्दछु 🙏

The Gurkha veterans who have trouble with finances and who have issues of visas for their children are almost always those who left the army with only 4-5 years of service or a dis honourable discharge meaning being kicked out. Between 70-85 a unit of Gurkhas got discharged due to one person beating up an officer, no one pointed fingers and everything got fired but the guy who beat up the officer took the officer to hospital after and later on went to get promoted and commissioned to become a Gurkha officer himself. But yeah most have short service under 15 years so they get less pension and get less in return as they never completed full service.
