Looks to be the same shitty RRR foil pattern as always and the sticky rares are still here as well. JP has several different RRR and R patterns and they rotate between them for different sets and EN also used to have this before the quality took a dip in V.

It varies depending on who you purchase them from and how soon you purchase them, I have seen anywhere between $120~$250. I managed to get mine for $130 which includes 2 mats, 47 packs, and 9 promo cards. Basically 1 pack short from 3 booster boxes that normally go for $45~$55 each ($135 ~ $165).
