The idea of a speech jamming gun has been around for a while, if I recall correctly the CIA also prototyped one. It works by using highly focused directional microphones and speakers to hear what you're saying, then play it back on a delay of a few milliseconds. The part of your brain that controls speech heavily relies on the ability to hear yourself in order to be able to identify whether the noise you're currently making is the correct one, so hearing yourself normally, but also doubled with a slight delay, really screws with you and can reduce you to a stuttering mess. There are phone apps you can get that will record your voice and play it back through your headset on a delay, if you want to try it for yourself.

6:30 - ordering a drill bit. Lets remember sometimes YOU don't order parts directly, you fill out a requisition form and hand it off to "supply", often an ordering department. And depending on their personality... Any "mistakes in orders" are YOUR fault because you didn't fill it out right and how were "THEY" supposed to know what you meant. "i need a box of 5mmx15mm bolts" they send you either a box of 20, or a box of 2000... then say you didn't specify and that was the only "box" listed on their site, so just use them in place of other bolts if you run out. "Its to long for..." "Well cut them down then, your the mechanic you figure it out."
