This might be the hardest True Arena we had so far in the Kirby series, especially in a no damage run. In case you are wondering why Meta Knight was there, I defeated him in my Meta Knightmare Run without taking damage, so I just kept the recording (the boss fights were recorded individually) I'm now working on the next Evolution video, stay tuned :) - Roddy

Just a small thing to notice, but whenever Galacta Knight rips through the fabric of time and unleashes that red beam, you can see the Lor flying through there if your lucky enough to witness it. That means that he actually was brought back from Another Dimension and Susie being stuck there due to an incident makes all the more sense. Looking back at RtD, we clearly see Magolor returning back to Another Dimension with the Lor. So with that being said, I think that's a nice thing to point out, and coming from Hal, it was a brilliant one.

Magolor isnt even dead, he ended up in a dimension outside space and time, then he escaped. Such events lead to the 20th anniversary game happening, which he built the themepark for, he also built dedede's drum dash as well though.

[SPOILER ALERT] Is someone at the Kirby production team just obsessed with beings losing their souls to eldritch abominations or sad stories masked by supposed cutesy aesthetics? Because this fucking boss battle saga seems no different, especially with Haltmann's backstory. It turns out Haltmann lost his daughter to another dimension while trying to rebuild and reactivate Star Dream and continued to build it, thinking it could save his daughter. He eventually lost his soul to Star Dream because of it, who had made its goal to eliminate all life-forms which were seen as obstacles of the Haltmann Company. That is why you can hear Haltmann scream when you kill parts of Star Dream's heart.

To add a remorse cherry on the despair sundae, haltmann might have still been trying to save his daughter. In super star ultra the nova could grant wishes, he’d count down from five and grant your wish. If you let star dream nova get to zero, it can’t grant the wish and attempts to try again. Haltmann sacrificed his humanity for all the power in the universe and still couldn’t save his daughter

I'm sure this is the hardest True Arena so far, mainly because of Galacta Knight and the final boss. I recorded all bosses except the latter in 1-5 tries on one day. Then I had to play through the True Arena several times until I was able to beat all four phases of the final boss in a row without taking damage. It didn't take that long, the biggest problem however was that I had to play through the entire Arena when I made just one mistake in the final boss fight :)

Yes, whenever you bust a pillar, it happens. THAT'S CAUSE YOU'RE BASICALLY DESTROYING THE REST OF HIS SOUL. Remember, in the second half of that last phase, there ain't no pillars anymore. The pause-screen description changes there to say that all of Haltmann, even his soul and memories, has been deleted. All those 13 pillars you took out were THE REST OF HIM.

I read something about this before,so i'll make it quick: the pillars you destroyed are the rest of haltmann. once you destroy them,the pause screen will change saying that all of his memories and soul are gone. what i'm trying to say is... Woah, this might the darkest The True Arena on any Kirby game even outdark The True Arenas in both Kirby's Return To Dreamland and Kirby Triple Deluxe. Good thing the Australian version of the game got a PG rating in Australia and a PEGI 7 rating in Europe. The German release even got a USK 6 rating. But why this game has to be rated E? First of all how did a game got an E rating while the Australian/Europe/Germany receive a PG/PEGI 7/USK 6 rating respectively? Anyway, the scene where Star Dream Soul OS was defeat was the darkest defeating a boss fight scene in any Kirby game and it was really really scary. Good job, Nintendo Unity by the way.

I beat True Arena with the Poison ability. People seem to only use abilities that pretty much make the arena a cakewalk. Although Poison is really good too if you use it right. Here's my analysis: Clanky Woods: Poison smog and Up B works great. 2nd phase just leave Poison smog and trails with dash, 3rd phase up B and smogs. Goes down easy. Holo Defense API: (Krako) Smog and Up B. He sits there and dies. (Doomers) Take care of the left one first. Poison Smog the area and sludge them. Easy. (Ice Dragon) lmao all he does is run back and forth. Just dash through him repeatedly and watch it just die from the Poison trails. (Rattler) this one is slightly tricky, but just leave smogs around. When it does that slam move from above, poison trails work amazingly. Dies real quick. (API) Smog both sides, ded, moving on. Susie: 1st phase all she does is hop. Dash through her until she finishes. If she happens to hover above you, use Up B under her and it'll intercept her bomb fire moves. 2nd phase, try and get close and spam sludge bombs (Dash aerial B god this move is sexy) and dash through her at times if you have to. 3rd phase same thing. Spam sludge bombs and she's done. All star bosses 1: you should have no reason getting hit by any of them. Spam any move you like. The only notable one to mention is the ufo, but poison smog/sludge combo destroys it. Stock Mecha Knight: dash through him and don't get pinned. He's stupid slow 1st phase. When he does that laser move, dash behind him and spam smog and sludge. 2nd phase is cake. Dash behind him and whittle him away during his arm rush move with smog/sludge, then finish him off from there. Dedede clones: 1st This ability absolutely DESTROYS the clones. Just leave smog and Poison every where until he splits, and then hover in the air and spam down B. JUSTICE RAINS FROM ABOVE! 2nd phase is easy too. Be patient and leave Poison smog trails and use sludge when he's open. Don't rush it, especially during the 3rd phase. COGS/Core Kabula: the Poison ability is so good that you don't even need it. Use your best shmup skills. All star bosses 2: even easier than the 1st. I really don't need to explain it lol. President Haltmann: god I honestly hate this entire fight with absolute passion with poison. Leave smogs and spam sludge bombs to the best of your ability. When he moves around a lot, don't even bother with smog at all. Throw sludge at him and be absolutely patient. Dark Matter/Sectonia clone: Easy, both of them. Whittle away at Dark Matter with smog, dash, and Sludge bomb spam. Same for Sectonia. When she teleports, just leave smog in the air and dodge. Galacta Knight: Galacta Knight is a wimp in this game. Spam Dash and watch this idiot die in mere moments. He ain't much harder 2nd phase easier. Wait out and dodge his attack and spam dash again. Star Dream Soul Heart: after that long ass three phase fight, this is where Poison truly shines. The pillars go down easy with well aimed dash sludge bombs. The 2nd phase you can dash through the bombs and spam Smog and Up B. Dashing can save you from that nuke attack and give free damage. Overall, Poison is awesome and criminally underrated. I'm thinking about trying a harder ability. Any suggestions?

Star Dream's eye brought back painful memories of my fight with O2 from Kirby 64. I was surprised that the fight was relatively easy. But, when Star Dream Soul OS activated, if you watch the cutscene carefully, the Haltmann logo directly above Star Dream's eye has an unmistakeable silhouette of a narrow slit eye reminiscent of O2 (this is not visible when Star Dream Soul OS merges with Access Ark), and sure enough, this fight proves to be as cruel as O2 was.
