The main problem is they are used to being in a country where those buttons do Literally Nothing! So they mostly pressed it out of curiosity more than anything else. They didn’t it expect it to actually work yet along change so fast.

Fun fact: The Three Mage-Sisters are all named after their weapons; a francisca is an axe with a throwable head, a flamberge is a type of sword with odd edges, and a partisan or partizan is a polearm similar to a spear. Zan Partizanne is special in that her name is not exactly the same as her weapon, instead being a "zappier" version of it.

To clarify, a spear is any polearm with a pointed end. A partizan is different in that the spearhead is a bit ornate and has protrusions on it for dealing with swords. A similar looking weapon is the halbred though that has an axe for the spearhead. Another fun fact, the weapons the mage sisters are named after were introduced in Europe in the order that you fight them. Franciscas appeared in the early middle ages, flamberges appeared towards the late middle ages and partizans appeared during the renaissance.

I think this is the 3rd time that Emile causing a car accident in Canada has been brought up in a video and at this point it's more funny to imagine that it happened 3 separate times. Previously it was mentioned in Wii Party: Globe Trot Episode 3 at 2:15 and the second time at 15:05 in Wheel of Fortune (Wii) Game 9 Part 1. I don't know if the story was told in Brawl but it was on that recording trip that it happened.

Honestly, I don't think ace attorney would be great for chuggaa's channel. They're pretty basic VNs, they wouldn't have much to really go over other than a bunch of text. I'd prefer if he played them blind on stream now that he's doing that, or even like a TRG playthrough.

Always weird when you raid your own place in the side modes. Meta Knight did it in Meta Knightmare, DeDeDe could do it in this mode for a level, and now the Mage Sisters are going through their entire Jambastion. So I don't remember Emile's story But one time as a teen, I was with a friend and pressed the button for the traffic lights, they turned red and the green person showed up so I crossed, and I was maybe about 75% across the road when all of a sudden a car came speeding around the roundabout, almost hit me at an incredibly high speed, but only avoided doing so by slamming on their emergency breaks that thankfully were very tight. Thing is, he was angry at me, screamed at me, and did rude hand gestures to me? Even my friend freaked out on me? But I don't get what I did wrong? I pressed the button, waited until the lights went red and the man was green, no car was there, I crossed when I was meant to? It was the guy speeding, not looking, and being reckless that was the issue surely?

I think the reason most people don't care for Genius In France is because they're not familiar with the original artist Al was doing a style parody of: Frank Zappa. It wasn't meant to be "Albuquerque 2", it was an homage to Frank's bizarre and often uncategorizable music (and even featured his son Dweezil Zappa in the guitar solo intro). He never really hit mainstream success despite releasing an absurd amount of music in his lifetime, so it makes sense that a lot of Al fans - especially younger ones - had probably never heard of Frank or thought his music was terrible. I get why people don't like the song, but I'll always defend it to my dying day, lol.

Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright was my introduction to Ace Attorney series Played Ace Attorney trilogy on 3DS, it was enjoyable but there would be months where I wouldn’t play the trilogy PLvsPW had me believing that each Ace Attorney game would have an overarching story where each trial would contribute to the plot, but most cases felt disconnected from the overarching narrative (how does an actor being murdered at a film studio connect to Phoenix’s relationship with Edgeworth? It could have been a murder on a train, or a murder on a ship, or a murder in a forest and the overarching narrative would be unaffected) But I played The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles for Switch from start to finish without playing any other games, all the game’s trials having some connection to the final case the player plays (plus Herlock Sholmes is a blast)

If you want British cases check out The Great Ace Attorney. It’s really not relevant to Phoenix’s story. I’ve yet to see it be an introduction to the series for anyone when PWAA Trilogy is also on Switch. Check out each of those.
