Bottom line is this. DBZ fanboys will ALWAYS be butthurt if someone from DBZ loses. Why do you think there was no hate when Vegeta beat Shadow? Because Vegeta won. They understand that Goku, Vegeta, etc won't always win. Goku vs Superman is a great example. In the first battle they showed the math and science behind each fighter. But DBZ fanboys couldn't except that superman was stronger. And in Superman, Goku part 2, goku was the one that had limits to give. Superman has no limits at all. So like they said, "What happens when you put a man with the power to break any limits, against a being with no limits in the first place? Well, only one has limits to give at all." DBZ fanboys, just because DBZ dosen`t always win, dosen`t mean its a bad thing. Understand that and move on.

In response to Screw Attack's reasoning: Kirby is eight inches (0.203m) tall. They scaled all of his feats improperly. Also planet shiver star being Earth is a fan theory so it is unfair to base his strength feats on that. Another easy way to debunk the pop star = earth size argument is to look at the games themselves. Kirby bouncing off the ground without providing himself any extra lift takes about 1 second to rise to his own height off the ground and fall back down. Let's cut that time in half so we can say that his initial velocity is 0 m/s, which it would be at the apex of his curve. So we have his initial velocity, time taken to fall, and the height from which he falls. We can use x=vt+0.5at^2 and solve for acceleration. 0.203m = 0m/s(.5s) + (.5)a(.5s)^2 a = 1.62 m/s^2 So planet pop star has a gravitational acceleration of only 0.165g's. Either pop star is significantly smaller than earth or it's made out of styrofoam. Also, the air resistance on popstar is negligible because Kirby falls just as fast in the vacuum of space. TL;DR- Use canon sources or get the fuck out. Physics has no time for your guesswork.

It's really a matter of a good guy of a series who has obviously never been completely defeated vs one of the bad guys of a series who has been defeated. The creators of DBZ had to give Buu weaknesses so he can be killed in the show and the story resolved while in Kirby games and shows they only give him obstacles to overcome and be victorious over. So they're obviously going to use those weaknesses from Buu to rationalize his defeat in the Death Battle.

1 - Fat Buu transforms to Super Buu, not Kid Buu 2 - Kid Buu doesn't get obliterated from planetary explosion because he couldn't defend against it, he gets blown to bits because he doesn't gives a damn. Kid Buu is so mcuh unefected by damage that he makes no attempts to avoid it. 3 - Buu wouldn't absorb that minion. Buu only obsorbs the strongest. 4 - Kid Buu and Fat Buu doesn't use and tactics or strategy, BUT Super Buu (and his versions) do. Super Buu blows himself up when faced with Mystic Gohan to win enough time for Trunks+Gotenks to fuse again so he can absorb them (with a sneak attack) to gain enough power AND intelligence to best Gohan. 5 - The energy attack Buu didn't run from was a Spirit Bomb and he didn't run because he actually gained controll over the attack. He was destroyed by it only because a wish was made to the eternal dragon to restore Goku to full power so he could controll the the ball again. I don't know about Kirby, and if you say that he's an unending eating machine that can't be destroyed then that's that. Same with Superman vs Goku, where Superman is simply ridicolously strong. It's just that in DBZ, half the fucknig show is about the character attaining said power, mostly through hard work, while Superman (or perhaps Kirby) is strong because the writers said so. Not saying that DBZ has a good intergrity with all the goofy/stupid stuff that happens, just that at least it says "Work hard and better yourself always". Star shaped planet and faster than the speed of light my ass.

People always complaining when they see a dbz character lose in a death battle. Personally I could see Kirby beating Fat Buu with no questions, although against Super or Kid Buu that might be a very tough match. However, the fact that this fight started off with Fat Buu means that in all honesty that it's impossible for Fat Buu to become Kid Buu. Yes he can become Super Buu and that would of made this fight seem more legit but it looked like they instantly made him become Kid Buu, which is impossible for him. Having him just become Kid Buu is imo the same "out-side interference" that they explained for why Vegeta can't be ssj4 in his death battle.

Enanoide didn't it say in the death battle that it was the warp star or whatever it's called was faster than the speed of light? so even if Kirby was faster than buu on the star, Kirby still wouldn't be able to actually hit buu because his hits would be too slow. also when majin buu got mad, super buu should've came out instead of kid buu. and it's a fact that super buu is stronger and a bit more intelligent than kid buu so even if super buu starts losing, he would be smart enough to know he's outclassed and absorb Kirby. idk why screwattack would even bring out kid buu when logically it wouldn't happen and since he's not the strongest buu. so really the way I see it, buu should've won this.

There are so many flaws in death battles calculations for Dbz they make them less power if Buu can go up against a full power ssj 3 and survive a planet explosion also the transformation from good buu to kid buu is way more complicated also when buu absorbed that guy with the sword he should've went through a transformation and yes I'm a dbz fanboy but I have facts on both characters and in games if Kirby can't survive falling on spikes he can't get punched by buu if u want more facts check out the discussion between quamaans land and ryhmestyle

I've played Kirby games and you can die from getting hit by falling apples this fight pulls at all the straws Kirby would be mashed kirtatoes with a flick of Buu's wrist lets take a look early on their a character called Assassin Tao he can cut a large tree with his hand and throw it, jump on it, and ride it flying through the air with little effort. Majin Buu is literally billions of times beyond this if not more, he can destroy planets with little effort but he has no need to he can use his brute force to do way more than merely punch a hole in a mans chest like characters in early dragon ball could. Kirby would die in the blink of an eye, death battle is made by complete morons.
