Love John Kent's working style when taking measurements. Textbook definition of 'being in good hands'. Taking the customer in hand with a relaxed, firmly assured and very courteous manner. It bears no doubt after seeing this why he was the Duke's tailor. As soon as he takes that tape measure to the customer he goes into his element and it's a delight watching him go about it. That moment the craftsman comes to light and the love and attachment to his work is put to full glare. You can guarantee that suit is going to come out 10/10.
