You mentioned just buying the cars for the menus but there are plenty of races where you win cars for finishing in the top three. For me it’s better to do that instead of wasting credits for something I can get for free.

Bought GT7 only for split-screen racing. It's ok now, after the recent improvements and fixes, but I'm missing a leaderboard during the race where I can see how far I'm ahead/behind the other player(s) and information about the fastest lap.

Hey mate. Last GT I played was GT 1. Haven’t had a console since ps1. I need help working through this game. Way to complicated. I just wanted to put the disk in and play 😩. Can’t seem to find races. I’ve done the three available races and don’t really know where to go. It’s not an intuitive game. Any info for extreme basics literally starting out.

Yellow icon shows where to go. Open Cafe -> Take menu -> Follow it. The game is really basic if you don't skip dialogues...

I wish Split Screen was not locked behind online mode. Other than that every thing else is tolerable.

@@Interceptor_of_Minds Hey!! thank you, I think I cracked it after a while, my confusion comes from the café and which cars I was allowed to use, I found book 3 extremely difficult using the mini cooper which was under tunned compared to the rest of the cars, that's probably because I come from story based games like NFS where you unlock cars, and you don't have to unlock the different sections to modify the car, and then service it,, and then taking pictures of it ??? super weird to me, but I'm all good now! thank you again for the help!!

@@sebastianfarias5670 well, yeah. The pictures part was weird for me too and I am a GT1-2 fan. The games made for PlayStation One. But it looks like many people are really into that feature. I am glad you cracked the game and can now enjoy it! It really has a lot to offer.

This game is the further est thing from something that represents actual racing…the ai is heavily biased and gaming online sucks because well online gaming is toxic in general with the childish immature behaviour on display

Speaking to the conversations in GT7, am I the only one who is pissed off about Sarah? Not only does it feel patronizing when she shows up at the circuit experience and comments on how you failed but you can do it, but she constantly interrupts conversations. I would be at the cafe and get introduced to a car designer or someone and before I can have the conversation Sarah butts in and says nice to meet you. She then takes over the conversation (uninvited) and then the car designer, probably annoyed as well, leaves. I get pissed off constantly at these interruptions that I cannot turn off on the game. They better get rid of Sarah for GT8 or let us turn her off.

WOW ok So after years of absence before online was available - i loved GT7...now year later this video --tells me to finish the Game -----before i get the benefit of being able to Sell cars i dont like --I am a PS5 user no a PC guy ..i have a Logitec g29 where there noooo help on "FFB" i have got the licenses bit not the last super challenge -- the game is as unrealistic...i have never driven a car in the wet that cant --move 3 metres ----in the Wet .....but ok back to the topic and problem at my tender age 50 .....--- I cant Beat the AI on Easy ...in any yes ANY of the GT 3 or GT 4 races ..on EASY with a steering wheel and noooo I dont want to buy another setup i just started ! any

1st of all, GT7 is lacking a LOT of Manufacturers. It was the 1 disappointment i had with GT7.

It’s great you’re doing these videos and your/your channels just great in general. But by god gran Turismo is just a giant pile of dog 💩!. It effectively has no redeeming features and is just a lame duck of an excuse for a racing game. I literally cannot wait for Assetto Corsa Evo to release to finally put GT7 out of its misery and hammer the final nail into the coffin that is Gran Turismo and kill it off once and for all. It’s just pure crap, I swear they still call it the real driving simulator just to insult Everyone’s intelligence!.

I wish more people could see the truth. All they see it 1000’s of shiny cars and vr mode and to be honest, if I was a kid now, I’d probably love it too. Even though it really doesn’t have any single player content. I just can’t hack this game. I’ve loved racing games my whole life and no better feeling then jumping in career mode, doing championships , progressing through the ranks, unlocking cars events etc and having hours of joy. Even if you could make custom races. Set it to the desired amount of tracks and race. Dirt rally will let you pick 10 plus tracks, set time of day, weather conditions etc, jump in and race for a solid hour. No interruptions every race or 2. Pure fun. The single player content in gt7 is basically the tutorial and a bunch of chores. Go race these 2 tracks and finish 3rd to win a shitty car, go back to menu and get another chore Licence tests? Wtf? Have to race a million hours to buy 1 decent car or pay a shot load of money. In my opinion, any adult that really loves gt7 is absolutely out of their mind and wouldn’t know a great racing game if it kicked them in the face. Out of all games that could have got a vr mode and the only 1 we get is gt7. I feel like a massive twat for spending £55 on it.
