One thing to note about abilities, CC's would also contribute to BHE. When you're hard CC'd you are not dealing damage; in other words that CC provided the character with damage immunity for N seconds. Ana's sleep is a big example as 5 seconds of invulnerability every 28 seconds assuming a 50% accuracy would jump her up a few tiers. Could probably apply the average accuracy stats from Overbuff to calculate this without testing. Hog hook, Orisa javelin (take with or without wall slam?), Doom punch (charged or not?)... Etc Also, I just realized : since you're counting a primaling Winston aping you around, what about a Roadhog with whole hog booping you around? Not to mention his hitbox shifts slightly during ult (harder to hit headshots if I'm correct) Great video on such an underexplored topic. Really enjoyed it.

this is why I love overwatch and have never gotten bored of it since I started playing in 2018. the different variables for each hero, the almost infinite number of unique gameplay interactions and outcomes, and people like this who spend so much time calculating and studying this sort of thing just out of a love and interest in the game and how it works. overwatch is far from a perfect game, balance is always weird and off and it's incredibly frustrating at times but also incredibly rewarding at times too. I really appreciate the work and dedication that goes into this sort of video. absolutely amazing !!

this is a super interesting and very well presented/made video! definitely deserves more views :) i think another interesting avenue to explore might be time-to-kill on each of the different heroes using one hitscan character like cassidy or ashe, first using only primary fire, then with abilities or ads shots (like on ashe); another neat one could be looking at all the different one-shot combos that heroes have, analyzing the dps of the combo, and which heroes it would be beneficial to use the combo on. keep up the great work!

Its insane that they gave Kiriko EVERY escape in the game. AND a self heal. AND a short immortality. AND a headshot with high rate if fire. Devs have favorites.
@WhatIsTheHeat10 күн бұрын
Yet you remove one of them and she probably becomes poop
@WeAllLaughDownHere-ne2ou10 күн бұрын
@WhatIsTheHeat they gave her an instant transmission, bro and her own hand blocks her leaning head hitbox. If she's poop poop without one of those then how does Zen exist and keep getting high pick/win rate? Kirkiko was their favorite. They justify her toolkit by giving her a slightly slower rate of healing than other supports but she can duel most of the DPS in the game and if she's ever losing, TELEPORT to the nearest tank.
@WhatIsTheHeat9 күн бұрын
@@WeAllLaughDownHere-ne2ou Well yeah she’s a support not a healer and in most cases has to use all her abilities to 1v1 the DPS which means she cannot use her abilities to help her team at all when she goes for a duel.
