Keep seeking him and even when you don't to/feel like you're not in the mood to praise your way out of that sickness. I have fibromyalgia (chronic pain, can I go live in the hospital? Pain) it's horrible. I'm 22 and feel like I'm behind but then I remind myself God has me/us in the right place at the right time. Continue trusting and believing in him, seeking him daily through prayer and praise. Watch how he turns it around and you'll be helping someone just like someone helped me.

What Kirk said on the breakfast club resonated with me. I deal with depression because I am not where I should be in life. This is despite all of my accomplishments. I always feel like I should be at a certain point at this age (29). I feel empty because I am not enough. But he reminded me that worth isn't limited to what I do, but who I am. Crazy, I am halfway done with a doctorate but... feel so incompetent, so much despair, so much self-loathing, and anxiety. I left home a first generation college student and I want to return when I reach some level. So now, I sit, unhappy, because I still do not have what I need to help all. But, I am living on faith and remaining there, asking God to help guide me. It is a process, an honest process to get over anxiety and depression.

I'm divorced now and I'm not focusing on a relationship but I desire new start. I allowed my ex-husband to remain a friend because he said that he still loved me and wanted to feel me from time to time. He told me no matter what, I would always be his wife.
