I never saw a garage with that kind of gear! Not even the rich preppy kids who couldn't play had that. It's was the wannabe, mid-life crisis business guys who opened for us and couldn't play who had that kind of gear.

I thought Nancy was going to play with Kirk and Rob, that would’ve been amazing.

wow 😮 i actually saw a lefty martin acoustic guitar 🎸 so hopefully that means they have at least one lefty electric guitar 🎸 so the hall of fame at least has some love for us lefties 🤘🏻

Robert is right. It is a powerful thing just to jam with your friends. Your instrument is your magic carpet, but when in "concert" with other players, WOW! fun

Nancy, you are as beautiful as your music. Same for your sister Ann. How can anyone not love Heart. I would love to jam some tunes with you awesome musicians. I know it will never happen, but I can always dream.

How do you turn a Marshall stack loose on the general public? People have NO IDEA how loud this stuff gets. Unless you've gotten used to practicing in a garage, the sound level physically hurts.

Although I'm a Metallica fan, how did Metallica get in 4 years before Heart! I'm not taking anything away from Metallica but damn
@mdnblues2 жыл бұрын
Heart may have been formed earlier, but Metallica is a lot more influencial than them. Just a fact.

I love Rob Trujillo but the fact he is in the rock n roll hall of fame but Rob Halford isn't shows how stupid the hall is.

He isn't, but Metallica is and that is the difference. Rob and Kirk is representing Metallica in this footage.

I would do all of that for a trophy wife.

This is pretty cool but the whole R&R HOF is a joke. The list of names not in vs the list of some of the names that have been voted in is a shameful list indeed.

Rob n Kirk look like they have more fun playing when theyre not with Metallica
@Wolfoe-ex2jj4 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t be surprised, 37 years for kirk, 17 for rob. They’ve been playing the same style of music for a while now, they probably enjoy playing something other than metal when they get the chance.

Why after 40 years can Kirk still not play the guitar?
@chrischoir35944 жыл бұрын
He plays a decent wah wah
@machello94 жыл бұрын
seriously? This guy contributed to shape a whole genre of music thanks to his guitar solos and instantly recognizable sound along with Hetfield, Mustaine, Holt, Hannemann and the other guys. He helped shape a whole style of music that became thrash metal and influenced pretty much every dude who wanted to play metal on the guitar. This guy wrote some of the best heavy metal solos of all time and is arguably in the most influencial metal band ever. A kid now is probablly trying to learn a Metallica solo, and it goes on since the 80's. And what are you trying to say? He can't play guitar? Man, you guys are unbelievable. When I read shit like that I wanna kill myself and I lose faith in humanity. He might not be the most techncally advanced player, he might be sloppy sometimes, but If you're trying to tell me that he's not a major reason why loads of people play guitar and deny his importance, man, there's something wrong with you. Dude is legendary, come on.
@Mongoosemcqueen4 жыл бұрын
He can't play.
@chrischoir35944 жыл бұрын
@@machello9 Kirk was musically limited. He really didn't shape anything. Metallica would have been better if they kept Dave
