The history of Metallica. Metallica just kicked ass in the 80's. The black album was pretty good too. Everything after that was decent. Load and Reload were good. St. Anger I didn't like at all.

You clearly don`t understand what a legend is. Johnny Cash is is a legend, John Wayne, Hendrix and so forth. It has nothing to do with how long you live. Che Guavara is a martyr. Depends how you judge musical abilities. Does my band have more originality than Trivium, yes. Can I play as fast as Trivium, probably not, but it all depends on what you like about guitarists. You can't judge musicianship by speed. But I can go a day without wearing a Metallica shirt and I am not associated with Metallica.

Trivium is technically more talented than metallica. Matt Haefy's clean voice(HIS REAL FUCKIN CLEAN VOICE NOT HIS MONOTONE SINGING ON THE NEW ALBUM) is better than James', if you don't believe me listen to "The End" off of the Roadrunner All star sessions record. Metallica's riffs are simpler than triviums, but really they're different styles.
