Kirk thank you for posting - this blanket washed real well - this bulky seems to wash the same as the heavy cycle but if you want the better rinsing the heavy one is the way to go!

Hey Kirk. Now everybody can see what real a washer can do it handled that big moving blanket with ease don’t need no fancy ass stainless steel tub or 50 options to get the job done! Another score for this washer!!

The only problem i see in the washing machine is that i do not have the option to chose the water level. As with the maytag, the rest is perfect. In fact i like it more than the maytag. That's my opinion

Kind of disagree the agitator is in the way and our LG washer handles blankets with ease

I'll never understand how the same company makes great durable washers for commercial use and shitty washers for residential use..

What is Whirlpool always like to arrange washers like that? And they also forced Maytag for the change I hate Whirlpool so much.
@prorobloxgamer4739Ай бұрын
Those who operate commercial washers are no nonsense people, they just want a washer that works. So whirlpool builds a durable washer to appeal to them. On the other hand residential users are likely to replace appliances every few years so they don't put much effort into them.

This would make a great shop washer. No options necessary, just put in shop rags and such and they come out clean. No thinking involved.

Wondering why they don't make this machine in a larger model as well?

The agitator movement is faster than in the traditional WTW4800YQ1 model, isn't it ?. I could find one in 220 volts to use it correctly in France. I prefered to replace the dual action agitator with a 63235 genuine one piece agitator . I love it. I love this commercial model too. I agree with Chica. In the user guide it is written to add the detergent first and the clothes after. It reduces the foam. Thank you for posting your great videos !

Look how the agitator just grabs and snatches that heavy blanket. Probably clean now. Love it. Thanks Mr. Rivas...

7:43 play at either 2x or 1.5 speed when agitation starts, and it’ll sound like a Whirlpool direct-drive washer

I just found the blanket test on the Speed Queen. It fails in comparison compared to this washer. Pretty sad.

I understand that HE help save water, although I can't see how it saves on the electric bill since most of them run longer, but what is the reason for the agitator to be so slow on all the newer machines? And if they changed the mechanics, why?

Please send these washing machines down to Panama. Easy to handle, not that complicated to get the job done.

If this is a commercial machine, then how come it takes HE detergent?

Definitively needs spray rinses.
@antoniocarter71116 жыл бұрын
Bruce Solomon yes it does. If I recall the ole school whirlpools had 4 spray rinses 10 to 15 seconds apart.
@antoniocarter71116 жыл бұрын
pat cola ok correct if I'm wrong did whirlpool/kenmore have spray rinses during the last spin cycle?
@LlyleHunter6 жыл бұрын
I remember our belt drive having four for both. When we bought our first direct drive I thought something was wrong after the rinse until I saw it happen for a few cycles. I may have called the 800 number. I have it in my head as I've been looking at it on the lid most of my life.

My '86 degrees had spray rinses after the rinse except for the delicate cycle. Sometimes my '93 forgot, but most of the time it did.
