Its BS! To much packages! Come on, ups, usps, fed dex have alot of work too, and I’ve never had any issues with my packages when other carriers deliver my orders. Ontrac has 3 of my packages out for delivery since Feb 7th. Ive file a police report because I don’t think delayed is the problem. I think The drivers are stealing packages

They just lost my package from an order I bought from SHEIN and they actually admitted they cannot locate it...In other words, (They lost it) so, they already suggested to take it up with my Retailer😳

just happened to me too. ordered 3 things from shein on Dec 26th & stated it was delivered on Jan 3rd. checked my mailbox & everything and it's still not here I heard ontrac has a history of its employees stealing the packages. I really hope that wasn't the case for us

Ontrac is the worst shipping company in existence. My first order ever from Wal-Mart was 2 day shipping but delivered to a completely different address and number. Now years later every package they've delivered is always 3 days late at least. You'd think they'd be bankrupt or shut down by now.....

I’ve never had a successful delivery, I have 2 packages coming through them currently, if I knew they were the shipper I would of paid more to not have them ship my stuff. Let’s see if it actually arrives

Same problem with me my Nike item was in the same location for 4 days. I did sent them a email message and the next day I tracked my package and it said it was delivers 2 days ago lol makes absolutely no sense. I’m calling Nike tomorrow hopefully they can help.

all OnTrac drivers are independent contractors and some do pocket packages. if they didn’t scan it in and put it in the van, it’s not on the drivers head for the package not being delivered. i would know. i deliveried there for a while and well, unpleasant work area.

I live in California and managed to score myself a PS5 from GameStop. One problem: These guys are the carriers GameStop picked to deliver. In case things go south, what number do I call for GameStop? I doubt I'll get a replacement console, but a refund is feasible, right?

He said they said the problem is "volume", yeah ok. 🤥 problem for me is, I have an outside camera and on 3 recent occasions, they failed to deliver the package once they were ALREADY at my residence! Their excuse is, they didn't deliver because I wasn't home! One delivery was from Best Buy in which did NOT require me to be home. The other two deliveries were from Walmart. Because of the first delivery not delivered in good timing, I canceled the order. Days later, I decided to make another online purchase and they foolishly decided to use OnTrac again. This time when placing my order, I left clear instructions to LEAVE THE ITEMS AT MY FRONT DOOR WHETHER IM HOME OR NOT...do you think they changed their tune? Lol!! I called Best Buy and told them if they deliver after canceling my order, I will NOT return the items and will keep them unless they schedule someone to pick them up. Well...I was refunded and OnTrac delivered the items the next day so I kept the items. Now, I have absolutely no clue what this company's issue is but I'm going to do the exact same thing with Walmart which I can legally do. Company's should simply cease doing business with them!

I think reading is NOT a requirement. They delivered a package I DIDN'T order to my address. The address on the label was for a different numerical address on a different street! How the he!! did it make it to my porch!

Bought something from Bed Bath and Beyond that was out of stock on Black Friday. Was told it would be delivered day after day, there was a strange exception. There was a little snow but the roads have been cleared over a week! Ontrack is so off track. I went back to Bed Bath and got refund. Called Ontrack several times, there useless and a Manger never called me back. I got my $ back. Bed Bath said to return the shipment once it arrives, I highly doubt it will ever be delivered.

I deliver for OnTrac and we're one of the very few services that get packages to recipients fast. The day packages get to my warehouse, they get delivered. Sucks for this chick, but my whole team has the best results.

bull shat, I work for a major shipper and they actually get packages to their customers by the promised delivery day 95% of the time or greater. You guys lose, steal and destroy packages. The only reason you exist is because you get contracts from large companies that want two day shipping but don't care if it actually arrives (looking at you walmart smh)

Ontrac should be known as offtrac. I don't want any company that I buy from to ever send my order with Offtrac. They are TERRIBLE. They still confused a work place for a house that you live in even though I talked to them and gave them clear delivery instructions.
