I still have over 800 12" vinyls from 1976 - 1992 . . and my 1210. They're my most treasured possessions. I love it that a young guy like you can really FEEL the stuff from 40 years ago. That music was our life back then.

In a modern world of fake Tomorrowland-type DJs, it's a joy to see the real deal. Someone who loves music - and wants to tell everyone about all the music he loves, and play that music and share the joy - that's DJing. Not someone doing dry ice cannons over a pre-synched 2 unlimited remix whilst streaming on Instagram and making gang signs even though they went to boarding school.

The way he manage the records in the crate says "I love the music in it, I don't mind the sleeves" = I'm not a collector. This gives me a strange feeling and if I were the owner of the shop I would call him to attention for the way he treats the vinyl: ‘Hey, you may not be interested in what you just saw, but it's my material, it has a value and you mistreat it. You mistreat the protective sleeves and you mistreat the product by dropping it in any way. With 20 customers like him the record pass from NM/VG to G/VG.
