Hi friends!! Wow, what a week - I'm finally feeling better after being bedridden with strep so this weekend was really a time for me to get back on my fitness grind, take care of some cleaning around the apartment, and invest in my physical and mental health while spending lots of time alone.

So glad you're feeling better--- don't forget to change out your toothbrush after you've been sick, so you don't pass it back to yourself. Nails look so nice---perfect length/shape/color. New sheets look so luxurious---enjoy them. Feels nice to have a bedroom now, right? (I'm still a studio girl but look forward to a 1br apt next!) xoxox

So glad you’re feeling better! I also just got over an illness. Not sure what it was because I tested negative for strep and COVID, but it was definitely the sickest I’ve been in a while. I did a ton of laundry and cleaning this weekend to try to purge my home of everything germs.

Every time I watch you're vlogs I wanna run to Trader Joe's, clean and organize my apartment, buy linen bedding and redecorate my place lol I wish I felt that about working out I so need to get back to exercising it's so good for the body and mind.

I started watching your channel after my very first trip to NYC in October 2022! I love your aesthetic from how you decorate your apartment to how you dress. I watched the video of your home on apartment therapy 😊 I do have a question about the Nike’s you bought. Are they the Nike Metcon 4 or the Free Metcon 4? I went online and they had the two choices. I’m in the medical field and a supportive pair of tennis shoes are a must for a 12 hr day.

Try kinesiology tape for your knee. I’ve been using it because my knees are terrible 😞 also weight training to strengthen the ligaments around the knee cap

My podiatrist recommended Hokas to me 2 years ago when I broke my foot, but I feel like they're better for running/walking - I was looking for something better suited for cross-training which is why I went with the nikes 😌
