Be safe. Attach the red cord to you. It is for safety. If you trip or anything. It pulls it out of the machine and turns it off. And it won’t work until you insert it back in.

I also live in a small apartment and have fitness equipment - I have a rowing machine! It is SO convenient! And I also often go to Target for groceries and wind up with an outfit - Target has some cute stuff!

Regarding the Cosmic Crisp apples: I made an apple crumble with four pounds of them, and it turned out amazing! I had to buy another bag of them - I like my apple sliced with a slab of cheddar!

Hi Kirsten, I was wondering if laser hair removal is painful. Love your new bedding and treadmill.

Good question! You definitely feel it, the initial sessions are more like a prick feeling, not super painful. The more I go, the more they increase the levels/intensity of the laser and I do feel it hurts more but it's seriously so quick I will never go back to waxing or other methods of hair removal. Also, underarms are almost pain free but the more sensitive areas tend to hurt more. Hope that helps!

Yay! Ahh mine always chips, but my number 1 tip is to always use a clear base and top coat. I can usually get 5 days to a week of a solid manicure but I paint my nails every week if not more often than that
