One of the greatest KISS songs and not played nearly enough live. I was glad to be there in 1996 and they played it very well. For me, it was the last time worth hearing and seeing it live with the real KISS. I will always cherish the memories.

Danny Miller no one and I mean no one will ever come close to Paul .. I beak off about his bad mouthing everyone on earth but WOW !!! Listen to asylum with eyes closed problem is we look at the outfits listen with our eyes instead of ears.. Probably the best. 80s kiss album solid .

Paul Stanley fucking rocks. This period 1988-1998 he was in absolutely top notch vocal form. The reunion shows capture this guy as a lead vocal dynamo. To add to it, an absolute signature Stanley tune. Great stuff!

Agreed. Donnington 1988's version of strutter was PHENOMINAL! People talk trash about his vocals but seem to forget the man has been singing since he was a teen and is now in his 70's.... Paul has the most recognized voice in rock, fact.

Honestly he is the best frontman ever! vocals throughout the 80s to mid 90s were fantastic his range was out of this world. I was listening to Asylum the other day, first time in years wow !!! To bad the clothes were stupid because that album is unreal he is just awesome.

People who are knocking Kiss have to keep in mind they are almost in their 50's...at the time of this concert...Peter was 51...Gene was 47...Paul was 44...and Ace was 45...Pretty darn good for a bunch of older fellas...These are the ages of some peoples Grandparents...How many people can say that their Grandma and Grandpa could do this...probably not.

Paul played the solo if you couldn’t figure that out. Watch the camera work you never see Ace until just before the end. I think it was an encore and he was back getting wasted. Look at his face. I love the guy but he really screwed himself over unfortunately. Too bad he didn’t get sober before this tour and the reunion

@@poeslanding As a guitarist, I did figure out that Ace played that part. Paul initially opened a few notes but quickly reverted back to playing chords - hence, Paul being a rythm guitarist. But thank you for correcting me anyway.......

@@johnnyrotten5507 I actually couldn’t you tell by watching, the only part of the solo that they should playing was Paul and then it cut away to Jean at the end until ace was actually there and playing. He had to get on stage and get those guitar set up. I love Ace but come on man. I’ve been with the kids since the early days. The video doesn’t lie. The only reason I’m responding again is because I’m sitting here loving the video rock soldiers

Thanks for sharing. I was there for this show. I remember Kiss had an opening band who were not good at all. (forgot the band) But everyone booed the opening band and I was the only one cheering for them because I felt sorry for them and I wouldn't want someone booing me. But they were not good at all! Can't believe someone didn't throw something at me. Great show though! How did you get such great footage for being back then?

I was at the Lexington, Ky show and it was literally like I had went back in time to a 1977 KISS concert that was played to perfection. The sound was awesome, loud too, and they all played every single song note for note. I don't remember them missing licks anywhere during the show either.
