I probably watched 5 videos about magnetic lashes but it was yours that convinved me to give them a try. Thanks for all the tips, had to use them all to make them work as I am not one to use makeup of any sort much. Love the way they look!

True those Ardell sandwich magnetic lashes doesn’t work but what I did is I bought a magnetic eyeliner then those unused sandwiches lashes I was able to use now.. btw i like the styles in ardell and with liner, i can now use those lashes that didn’t work as sandwich! Turned out those upper and bottom lashes in Ardell sandwich lashes are actually all top lashes so total there’s actually 4 , all can be used on top lashes!

I've been wearing these for a month or so and love them. Looks like u let the liner dry before applying. So glad i saw that! I've been rushing to put them on while my liner was wet. I will let it dry tomorrow and see how that works.

I use the Lure by Kiss and I love them. Very light, wispy and natural looking. So pretty.

Make sure that you shake the eyeliner before you apply it. The first time I used them (the Lure style) I forgot to do that and had problems with the corners coming up. I cut one of the magnets off to better fit my eyes, so I’ll see how these two adjustments work when I try them again. I did not put mascara on the first time because I was just trying them out, but even without it, the lashes looked great. This was so much easier than putting on mascara.

I use clear mascara when i put false lashes , I find black mascara already over so i just use clear mascara to blend em :)

I bought the Lure version of the Kiss lashes and had same lift problem in the inner corners so I cut off the inner magnet section and they now look like everyday cat eyes with just the outer longer eye lashes. Everyday is the key word...

HI Jerlyn, i suck at using liquid eyeliner and typically needs to use a pen eyeliner first as a guide before using the liquid eyeliner. do you think it will still work if I use gel eyeliner first before using the liquid eyeliner? thanks

Beth Yu hey Beth! If you apply enough of the magnetic liquid eyeliner on top it should definitely work. However, at that point it may be a lot of layers of eyeliner so it could possibly look too thick or clumpy. I personally would recommend just using the magnetic liner :) practice a few times and you should slowly get better at it like I did!! Xo thanks for watching!

I think ima use one of my felt liners that is running out and dip it in there. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ima go buy this kit today. I didn’t want to put myself in the embarrassing situation if talking to someone and the lash glue coming off 😖 CRINGE. This was genius to do the liner way because that’s my signature any way. I hate glue and it hates me. Just finished watching a video to put liner on lash and it holds that way too. FYI.

Tried Glamnetics and Kiss and the Kiss liner is WAY better grade of liner than Clamnetics! It takes two coats but its worth the time.

Hey nowww. I actually love the stacked magnet lashes from ardell. You have to get the technique down, I did the same thing where I tried with a tutorial and failed, so I gave up. A year later (literally) found them in my drawer and decided to give them another shot. Found a better tutorial and now I have perfect lashes with no gaps in about 2 minutes. I think you should try again:)

When unboxing, surgically and slowly remove the lashes from the plastic container bc I jacked up the magnets on one lash pulling it off like The Hulk.

I've tried these and they don't have the longevity I would hope for, and I have to put 3 layers before they get a good grip and the side keep lifting, it might be due to my skin but I didn't like them 🤷‍♀️

I am not an eyeliner person at ALL i STINK so bad at it but somehow did ok with the magnetic eyeliner ... my problem is my eyes are not only slightly different sizes they are slightly different shapes... UGHHH but i LOVE THE LASHES

Always hated glue this is a GOD SEND for any Rockin 80s girl like me =) Felt tip like glamnetics is horrible too sticky and goopy after a while. I do LOVE the brush liner better. Maybe I got an old glamnetic felt tip liner not sure I think Kiss is way better value. and Kiss liner works with any magnetic lashes =) Dont shake the tube of Kiss liner to much or it does get too much on the brush and it may bubble out the top of the tube of liner.

I purchased the kiss magnetic top and bottom and they were terrible. The magnets stuck together and came off the band.
