I wish these guys had been able to sustain their career a little longer, but the music industry essentially turned its back on a lot of bands with real talent in the mid 1990’s.

The mid-90s actually saw a flourishing of creativity in the alt-rock scene. This continued into the early 2000s. But I like to think that the 90s never went away. Certainly the teens of today don't think so :)
