The woman serving as prosecutor is extremely poor at her job. She is probably in her mid to late sixties during this trial. She needs to retire. She may have been sufficient in this position at some point. She is not any longer. She needs to retire. She should not have been assigned to this case. It’s a bit embarrassing, to witness her ineptitude during these proceedings. I’m guessing it’s humiliating for the state of KY as well. I might even say it’s painful to watch her perform her questioning.

It's concerning to hear about the prosecutor's performance in this case. Age alone shouldn't determine one's effectiveness, but if her abilities are in question, it might be worth considering a reassessment. Effective legal representation is crucial for a fair trial, and any shortcomings can indeed be challenging for everyone involved.

@@praytogodus you have stated the obvious. Age alone not being the sole criteria for my opinion. She very possibly may have never been efficient in her career as a prosecutor. Let’s not do the silly, you caught me being “discriminatory” due to the woman’s age. Anyone with well functioning hearing, can state their opinion on this prosecutor’s suitability for this career. Needless to say, at this particular point in her career. Keeping in mind, she perhaps has never been particularly gifted as a prosecutor.

Its best that no one attempts to portray his non-wife as a poor victimized woman. She was and is a criminal. She was not divorced, she broke the law. It’s pretty incredible she would try to bring any accusations against anyone. Let alone the man she committed a crime against. Women can be some of the worst people in any given scenario. It’s naive to think otherwise. And I am a woman.

He said that guilty people usually do not testify of course you can’t hold it against them. He also said most innocent people testify and waive a jury trial. I think this guy would have been acquitted if he waived his jury trial. In the Amber heard and Johnny Depp that was a civil matter having to do with financial damages and not a case where the end result was a life sentence.

@@5GreenAcres It’s called the “totality of evidence”. Gun, shell casing, dog tags, motive, opportunity and the eye witness who saw Mr. Martin walking out of the field where the burning car was. And, ask yourself this, who else would’ve had the motive to commit this crime against these decent upstanding folk with no criminal history in the little podunk town of Pembroke? Maybe his Ex who went on a psychotic rampage somehow becoming a cold blooded assassin just to frame him. Don’t think so. That’s wahat he trained for.

He lost the appeal with the Ky Supreme Court - a ruling that was flawed or corrupted on its own right. Somehow, the Ky Supreme Court was provided an incorrect narrative of the evidence from the lower court. And used the fictional evidence to base their assessment of the lower court’s actions/ruling. Two of the Supreme Court Justices were classmates with Judge John Atkins, at University of Louisville, Brandeis school of Law, graduating class of 1977.
