The woman serving as prosecutor is extremely poor at her job. She is probably in her mid to late sixties during this trial. She needs to retire. She may have been sufficient in this position at some point. She is not any longer. She needs to retire. She should not have been assigned to this case. It’s a bit embarrassing, to witness her ineptitude during these proceedings. I’m guessing it’s humiliating for the state of KY as well. I might even say it’s painful to watch her perform her questioning.
@praytogodus11 ай бұрын
It's concerning to hear about the prosecutor's performance in this case. Age alone shouldn't determine one's effectiveness, but if her abilities are in question, it might be worth considering a reassessment. Effective legal representation is crucial for a fair trial, and any shortcomings can indeed be challenging for everyone involved.

@@praytogodus you have stated the obvious. Age alone not being the sole criteria for my opinion. She very possibly may have never been efficient in her career as a prosecutor. Let’s not do the silly, you caught me being “discriminatory” due to the woman’s age. Anyone with well functioning hearing, can state their opinion on this prosecutor’s suitability for this career. Needless to say, at this particular point in her career. Keeping in mind, she perhaps has never been particularly gifted as a prosecutor.

Its best that no one attempts to portray his non-wife as a poor victimized woman. She was and is a criminal. She was not divorced,she broke the law. It’s pretty incredible she would try to bring any accusations against anyone. Let alone the man she committed a crime against. Women can be some of the worst people in any given scenario. He lost the appeal with the Ky Supreme Court - a ruling that was flawed or corrupted on its own right. Somehow, the Ky Supreme Court was provided an incorrect narrative of the evidence from the lower court. And used the fictional evidence to base their assessment of the lower court’s actions/ruling. Two of the Supreme Court Justices were classmates with Judge John Atkins, at University of Louisville, Brandeis school of Law, graduating class of 1977.
