She is 14 yrs of age and having brown colour and this reflected more on her face . So , is this remedy could be suitable for my daughter 's skin or whether it would be harmful for her . Hydrate raho.take bath daily.wear clean clothes.positive raho.ghar ka khana he zyada prefer kro and salad and fruits must hai wo daily khao .oily and spicy junk food bhoutt kamm khao.raat ko time say so jao 6 7 hrs neend important hai.face k liye tomato hai means tomato k mash kro and usmay sugar one spoon use kro bs dono ko mix kar k face pr use kro and agar din mai nai use kar saktay ho toh raat ko sotay tym face pr lga dand mrng mai jaisa marzi wash kr lo bs daily aisa krogy toh face pr koi b problem nai hogi kbi b and agr aap usko store kar k rakhna chahtay ho toh wo b kr saktay ho 4 5 days k liye fridge mai.exercise kro daily.......bs itna he krna hai
