Our bodies are capable of extraordinary things, often beyond our awareness. This afternoon, I’ll be attending a Wim Hof workshop. I’ve already participated in several, but I’m really excited because this method is helping me reach new levels of self-awareness. On my channel, I love sharing these kinds of experiences as well. Thank you, Kitaro , for being an inspiration-I always enjoy following your journey!

Awesome advice ! I was needing to hear the third part. I also have family and obligations now but I will burn my own boat. I will leave my troops a way to escape though. My challenges are personal now. My family did not nor could the fight in this battle with me. To maintain balance, I will trust I guidance from a higher source. And soldier on happy for the opportunity. Thank You for taking the risk.

Thank you very much for this very detailed video. I apologize in advance, but I would like to critique one of the points discussed here, and I’m going to have to write a bit: I would like to nuance one of your points: the idea of informing those around us about our projects in the hope that it creates a positive feeling of excitement that will ultimately help us realize our projects... This is a well-known strategy, but it is highly debatable. Personally, it’s really not something I recommend, for one main reason: it is impossible to predict how those around us will react to the announcement of our projects. And in reality... all reactions are negative and potentially harmful. - In one case, your social circle shows complete indifference, which can undermine our level of motivation (personally, this is something that has happened to me often). - Another reaction is when your social circle expresses a negative response, or even tries to dissuade you from the project: this is potentially the worst reaction possible, as it can really destroy your motivation irreparably, especially if others use convincing arguments. - And the last reaction... is when the social circle shows great enthusiasm for your idea: to be honest, for me, this isn’t much better; it can even be potentially harmful. I read something specific about this: when those around us express too much joy upon learning about the project we plan to undertake, it can trigger a kind of brain reflex in which the brain convinces itself that it has already achieved the goal in question, even though there is still work to be done. This, again, can negatively affect motivation. I’m sorry for writing so much; I just wanted to share my humble opinion and modest life experience regarding this very interesting point raised in your video. Congratulations, your content is always so relevant and thoughtful!
