THANK YOU FOR THIS CHANNEL! I work at a grocery store and refund scams are on the rise, we have stopped just 3 people this week from sending gift cards to these type of people. Because of your videos I was able to explain to the customer what was happening and able to tell the other managers how these scams work so they understand why the customers are getting these gift cards. Do you have or can make a detailed video on exactly how these scams work so I can have the people getting scammed something to watch to explain what is happening? You are doing great work discouraging these scammers from pulling these type of scams.

She ignored me and proceeded to give them the numbers. My mind was blown.

@@FrotLopOfficial No, I think he's congenitally sociopathic; that's not a trait a person develops, it's a lack of empathy with which some people are born. Think about it -- can you imagine Kit ever scamming, no matter how much he needed money? I grew up in a hellhole and there are LOTS of desperately poor people who don't resort to scamming. And especially not scamming vulnerable elderly people! But there were people in my neighborhood who would, and they were anti-empathetic even at age 5.
@Mangocakegurl3 жыл бұрын
@@zxyatiywariii8 as easy as it would be to waive every evil act as done by a person who was born without empathy, most are committed by people who can otherwise be good, helpful people. If you tell yourself and genuinely believe in your own superiority over a certain type of person, if you tell yourself they deserve it, many people can stop caring about the feelings of another person. Like, slavery existed. Racism is a current thing. Other government-sanctioned, monstrous acts (WWII, take your pick of which country) are committed not by sociopaths but by people who tell themselves they’re just following orders, and who cares they’re (as in the victim) probably some scummy person to end up on the other side anyway. It’s why it’s important to never get complacent and always examine your own sense of moral superiority over someone, because it’s very easy to find yourself doing something questionable at best in the name of righteousness
