Scambaiter prank calls XXX scam call center to uncover their new scam script.
In a crazy turn of events these scammers lost $430K due to their own script!
Scammers are making thousands of calls every day hoping someone will allow them access to a computer. They use all sorts of social engineering and tricks to convince you to trust them. The videos on my channel show various techniques used by scam call centers to target victims. From gift cards to cryptocurrency, they'll take anything they can from you.
My hope is that through watching and laughing at the absurd situations I put scammers through, you will be more aware of what to look out for!

My grandfather would get scam calls claiming it was me all the time, saying I needed bail money or things like that. He's no fool so he'd just mess with them. The funniest time was when they called and I was literally sitting across from him. We had them on the phone for like 2.5 hours just messing with them.

Kit does the best impersonation of a slightly bonkers elderly person I've ever heard. I'm in the phone a lot for my job (no, I don't work in a scam call centre) and my clients are often in the 60+ catagory. I have eerily similar conversations every day... his random tangents and stories about grandchildren and complaints about very personal matters of health are just... eerily accurate. Is he actually an 80 year old woman in disguise?? Tell me your secrets, Kit.

I guess that's why they have such a high tolerance for Kit's weirdness. They deal with this all the time and the more bonkers the person is the more likely they'll get the money bc it means they're further gone and why they act the way they do. That's what makes the elderly victims act the way they want and do what they want.

Sometimes, Kitboga embarrasses them so badly that you almost feel bad for them. But then, you remember that these monsters are literally trying to steal social security money from elderly people who very likely are living on disability.

And then you remember that it still sucks for the victims even so, and that the scam-baiting wastes time they would spend harming people, and so you're back to loving the calls again.

And, at last resort, steal that food from the shop before you steal THOUSANDS from an elderly person who needs to pay for medications and medical care especially when you arent getting those thousands of dollars... If you need to steal to eat, why compound the problem by stealing THOUSANDS from an uninvolved victim if you just need a few dollars for dinner? There isnt much room for defending doing this job to feed you children (not to mention that isnt the situation most of these people are in, not even close.)

The risk that call centers get busted very low, but if they started murdering their ex employees, the cops would obviously care a whole lot more. I'm sure there are exceptional situations, but in general it wouldn't make much sense to retaliate. Threaten retaliation, sure, but not actually carrying it out.

The problem is that it really hurts legitimate cal center employees. Because some people assume every call is a scam by default. Basically if you get a call about anything that doesn’t sound familiar, tell them you’re going to call the bank later and sort it out. And then use the number on your credit or debit card to call the actual bank to make sure the claim is legit.

Thanks Kit for all of your videos. My grandparents raised me and unfortunately they fell for some of these scams and lost a big chunk of their savings while I was growing up. I showed them your videos and they love your stuff, and they've become more aware of these scams and they don't fall for them anymore. My dad gets scam calls every single day. The last one about a week ago was saying “grandpa… I’m in jail, I got a lawyer and just need some money transferred to get bail”. Luckily my mom with Alzheimer’s doesn’t answer the phone anymore and my dad has enough sense to know he doesn’t have a grandson. I’ve showed him your most popular videos and he has a good idea to not share anything with anyone. Wish you could get those scammers back.

Thanks to you and other scambaiters, i saved my good friend from a scam. The scam was a "you win a thing for commenting on a video!" He lost 200 dollars but thankfully that's the only thing he lost. He told me that I could go behind the bars because it’s illegal… so I pulled up a “video” and told him “it’s not illegal, they shot this video at the house behind my apartment” (which is actually true.) The scammer called me a freak and hung up. Haha.

@@kaitlyn__L The house use to be occupied by a nice family, but they moved out of state. Once the property went on the market, an adult film company bought it out in full. They own the house and use it as their main office and one of their filming locations. So yeah…now there’s always famous models and large scale film crews/equipment over there a couple times a month. I live in Los Angeles so there’s a lot of those over here lol.

They did something similar to my 90 year old grandmother, bless her soul. She was so worried, so glad she checked with someone first and found out her son was never in jail. They said her son got drunk at a wedding, got in a fight and ended up in jail... my dad is 70 lol.. I don't think he's partying it up and knocking someone out. It makes me sick to think they do that to anyone let alone elderly people.
