Wow. Just wow. The kitchen the butlers, the laundry room and those tiles!!! Then here comes the powder room I had to pause the video! The house is so absolutely stunning yet something like a small powder room can still take your breath away. And it’s what I love most about these homes. They are opulent and grand but there are things that you can take away and implement in your own space and that powder room for me will be replicated in my home!!

Depends where you're located obviously, that would make a massive difference in pricing. But overall these types of houses are million-dollar projects

Google where your live + construction cost per square meter. That will give you a idea. (Where I live it is 1890/square meter, if I was doing a 250 square meters house it would be something around 472k

We have to remember that these homes belong to real people and not everyone will be comfortable enough to discuss their personal finances like that. I think it’s best to get a consultation with the ladies or a professional in your country/area to get proper figures.
