It chops very well but this model is very cumbersome. The base won't "lock" in like you would expect and the lid is also hard to know when it's on properly.

It’s pretty, but it’s not user friendly. It has taken me a while to figure out how to use it, & I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it or not.

The two lids, black and clear plastic . must work together which I still have not figured out, despite asking friends and neighbors and everyone else to take a try. Totally confusing and no kitchen appliance should be so frustratingly constructed.
