Tip #1 is great! I was going to return my Pro 5 due to that single issue. And tip #4 helps. I just did that same mistake, but with hot water.🙄 So dangerous. Glad I researched tips 1st before returning my mixer. 😊

Great video! I just got one and needed more info, since their wasn't any recipes or tips on when to use a certain beater or paddle. In fact, I am wondering what the "Plus" means, because they don't come with extra bowl whisk or spatula anymore. And sadly there is still a lack of accessories for this Pro 5 "plus". I wonder if there is only the smaller whisk to go with the 3 qt bowl??

I think the best way to prevent the machine from overheating is to use it well within its operational limits; plus I frequently rest my hand on the casing to make sure it is not running too hot. As it runs too hot, the gooey grease inside will turn to liquid and seep out of the spindle.

你好，我也剛買同樣的型號，我的碗好像太低了，不過我也不知道怎麼樣還是最合適，我嘗試用螺絲刀調整高度，但我的特別特別緊，幾乎轉不動，不像你的那麼好轉😭

抓一只男生使劲拧呀😏一般只有在和面的时候才有碗太低的错觉。我300g以上的面粉都能正常揉，不过都预先加够水预拌。那种一边加水加油的都hin难搅打的，希望有帮到你哈
