The 5 star award was basically the equivalent of a 3 star Michelin, because hotels (my industry) typically doesn't use Michelin 3 star. Anyways... Basically you have two toddlers, the guest and the chef, both are incessant complainers and both want what neither one has. I have to be mediator between two totally clueless retards, trying to get the both to agree on sharing the new toy they both got for Christmas. I'm joking of course, some chefs are awesome and understand the idea of get it done, and get it done right, and many customers are great tippers and fun to talk too, but on the whole I kind of want to drop kick both customers and chefs. Before he was as TV famous as he was now, I met him in person and I know a few chefs that have worked with/for him. The brash personality is his TV personality and is why he's been able to make such a successful career out of his shows; it lends itself to the reality TV style drama that's mixed into the shows. He's passionate about food and that has always lead to emotional outbursts with profane language (as most good chefs are prone to), but in reality, he's a very soft and empathetic person and deeply cares about other humans and treats people very well, and even if his outbursts seem directed towards another chef, he's really just trying to rouse their passion, and what the cameras don't often show is the hours he spends with a chef teaching them to correct their mistakes. One of the chefs I know who worked in one of his restaurants was fired because he couldn't keep up with the pace of the kitchen...he put out great food, but he has anxiety and get's overstimulated pretty easily, and it kind of keeps him from operating at the pace necessary in a busy Ramsay kitchen. Ramsay apparently reached out to him directly, explained that he thought he was a great chef and had a lot of empathy for the situation, and recommended some places he thought he could be successful at and gave him a reference that got him like 5 job offers.

I'm sure Jennifer has a part to play in Saki's low self-esteem and wellbeing. She is such a drama queen! A complete waste of space!

Accept Jesus you have a good heart. 1. Believe in Jesus Christ: Trust that Jesus is the Son of God who died for your sins, was buried, and rose again (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9). Simply place your faith in Him for eternal life. 2. Receive Eternal Life: The moment you believe in Jesus, you are saved, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and assured of eternal life (John 5:24, Ephesians 1:13-14).🎉

I love how sarcastic the narrator is. "It's all about Jennifer overcoming her fears" and it's a piece of meat.

Spin A Yarn Steakhouse are still open. They returned some dishes to the menu as requested by regulars and reviews are positive with the prime rib remaining a big hit with diners.
