Really great effort! I reckon a Hurst start is easier to get the back of the Isle done first while you have the energy and as the wind builds in the day get the lee on the north side later...

Dude, I’ve now seen both your and Sam’s video on this and both times was wondering why you elected “standard” length lines? I have no basis to back this up, but wouldn’t longer lines help?

Yea we left out the whole line discussion… and in many ways that is why we didn’t make it as we where late to leave. The longer lines, had too much stretch as they are pulling the weight of the boat. Causing the front lines to get longer, shortening the back lines and un-trimming the kite… so we went standard setup length…
