Hey Dan! I just moved to Satellite Beach, FL and saw some guys kitesurfing. That looks like so much fun! I'm curious about how to get started, where to take lessons, what kind of gear to buy and all of the usual noob questions. Fort Pierce is a little over an hour drive away down the island, so I figured I would stick a comment on your video and see what you thought. As a side note, awesome KZbin channel!

Hey buddy, thanks for reaching out to me. You live near what is known as the 520 slicks. A fairly well known kiteboarding spot. There is bound to be a shop near you. Walk on in and ask them all that. Getting lesions is the best place to start. Then after doing some research, get your gear. If you go with used gear. I really recommend you bring someone who knows the sport. Or else you may get a deflating kite. Whoever your instructor is should help you find the right gear. Hope that helps and I see you out there buddy!
