Got to love the jankyness of experimental aviation just through some washers in there

Your build is looking good! The console side panels top edges can be rolled a bit to take care of the gap. If you are covering the console with the KItfox leather it will take up a bit of space but I would roll the top edge for the best look and it will stiffen that edge also.

Thanks Harlan! Yeah, I have the kit supplied interior so will do your suggestion for sure.

I knew you’d find an airplane in that hanger if you kept looking!

great video, looking fwd to see the progress, how big is the baggage area in cm? trying to figure out if my road bike would fit (wheels removed)

Roughly speaking, its about 122cm (L) x 61cm (W) x 46cm (D) or 48"x24"x18". The depth is a bit higher in the forward area and the width tapers narrower if the back by about 4" over the last 10" or so.

Hi Nathan. Thanks for the build videos. Hey I wanted to ask you what exact size of keyed rivnuts you used for your floorboards. I think I want to remove the tinnerman nuts I put in mine and go with the rivnuts. Thanks Nathan!

Hey Glenn, for the cockpit area I used NAS1329A06K120 rivnuts, and in the baggage area I used larger NAS1329A3K80 ones. I basically took the size of the screws supplied in the kit, and got machine screws the same size and matched the rivnuts to those screws.

@@SwiftFoxBuildProject Thank you for the reply and the part numbers. I found them both at aircraftspruce so will probably get some and use them.
