At the beggining I wasn't sure if 20 minutes will do but as I followed it up along with you, it became pretty enjoyable and it's worth it at the end. Great routine, thank you. Suggetion/request: dedicating some time at the beginning to warm up writs, specially when there are planks and downward dog moves. I know I can always pause video but it cuts the flow of the routine. In my case once my wrists are taken care of I can perform de moves with better form.

Hi kit, sometimes you tell us to write in the comments what we would like to see more. I'd love more 20 minute work outs please. I sometimes don't have time for 35 but I definitely prefer doing 20 minutes than nothing at all. If you could, that would be great, thanks dear❤
