Hi Kit, my daughter has a cancer second time. We're staying in guesthouse in Athens, Greece and I do yours exercises almost every morning at our balcony. Mostly we are in the room or hospital, so at least I have my half an hour for myself. Thank you and stay safe

I didn’t around to doing this one a few months ago, so went back to it today. This was quite different and a slower pace, but I did enjoy it. Still very intense burn in abs and glutes on this one, so a perfect addition to anyone’s week if they want To do a add to your day or workout regime with a slower workout with a very intense burn for abs and booty 💪🏼😉. I finished my workday with this as an add on and it was great. Bet I’m sore in the booty tomorrow xx 🤪😉 thanks Kit.

This is FANTASTIC, I had 5th metatarsal surgery and have been pretty down. I was able to modify the moves and doubled up on my injured side for the glutes set at the end. WOW! I love that there was no pressure required on my foot for the majority of this work out. you are a LIFE SAVER. I feel like I can still work out during recovery, safely! thank you. ❤️

By far my favorite low impact exercise. I recently got a connective tissue disorder diagnoses and it's been a challenge working out. Even walking/jogging will leave me pulling all sorts of things. I do still have to adjust but for the most part this a super effective workout. Even after a week I can feel myself getting stronger ☺️

I've done a lot of your workouts and nothing burned me like this one! I would have gladly done some squats! I would suggest doing more of a warmup before doing this. My inner thighs felt unnecessarily tight and burned in a bad way. I wish I had more blood flow in my thighs before doing this. Thank you for an amazing workout, Kit!

Really great workout - I love that it goes easy on the knees....means a lot to me right now with having knee pain. Thank you - as far as what I would love to see going forward - I love HIT training with low impact modifications so that I can adjust depending on my knee pain, but still know I'm getting a good workout.
