I remember that Kiki behaved the same way when she was about Nico’s age. When Mimi had the second litter (that included Lili), Kiki kept trying to continue nursing from her. I’m glad the human daddy is stopping Nico from nursing off Lili. It appears that he’s keeping a closer eye on Nico to make sure that he doesn’t get too rough with the kittens and Lili. I agree with the other commenters that Nico may be getting close to “cat puberty”, and he may either need to be separated from the other cats or he needs to be neutered. If they’re planning to use Nico for breeding, he’ll probably have to be separated to prevent him from mating with his mother, grandmother, and aunt.

ニコとリリの子達とは月齢が近いですし、ニコもまだまだミルクが恋しいお年頃です。リリとの攻防戦も動画ネタとしてお馴染みになりましたね。 譲渡するとなれば里親を意識して健勝な商品に育てる必要がありますが、今回の子達は残りそうなので、主も気負わず育成してるように見受けられます。 にしても母乳保育真っ只中の子達ですしニコも力強くなってるので、ニコに飲まれ過ぎないよう監視が必要です。 ちなみにミミの子達も間を置かず誕生してる筈なので、ニコはミミのミルクまで欲しがるかな？

Do teens miss milk? Nico is rampant with hormones. This was filmed late Jan early Feb, before he was most likely neutered in March (at 4 months). He is not trying his sneaky milk sips tricks on with Mimi, although she is very loving towards him. Mimi's twins were born 12th February.

Don't feel sorry for Kiki. She has distanced herself from Nico, since he was weaned, as is normal for many cat mother's. Nico is there and available to soak up her love if she should choose to give it, but as that is clearly not happening, he has found the mama of his dreams in aunt Lili.

@@Im_A_Vibe1029 I can't recall how Kiki behaved with her first litter, it seems like so long ago, but you may have a good point. Although I have read that the parent child cat relationship is quite different from humans. They just become more like friends. Nico is not going anywhere, (has most likely been neutered already) and in the latest videos is receiving lots of loving licks from Mimi. Some are saying that KIki may be pregnant again.

When kittens are already 3-4 weeks old the weaning process starts. Thats when they get their first teeth so it starts to hurt on the mother when kittens suckle. If such a big kitten as Nico with real teeth suckle it would be painful for a mother cat ❤

Nico gets little rough w/kttens who re still @ a very tender age. His obsession w/Lili is beginning to look unhealthy. As a former owner of 6 cats & 3 litters of kittens, I would not allow another cat of Nico's age to frequent the birthing box without supervision & intervention.
